Form Class – learner and staff allocation, roll call and calendar events

Subject Class – learner, staff and timetable allocation, roll call and calendar events

Subjects – setting up grades, subjects and the levels on which subjects are taught

Examination – tests and exams, entering marks and the finalization and printing of report cards

Documentation – mail-merged documents such as letters of correspondence

Reports – access controlled reports for managerial purposes

Database – data importation, backup and restoration

User – user groups to which users may belong which then establishes system access

Language - supports any language
