Software Listing: Waveout

Sound Redirector is a lightweight application designed to redirect a wavein input sound to a waveout output. This is especially useful for older operating system users, since Windows Vista and 7 support this functionality natively.

Here is one example on how to use the application: connect an analog set to line-in (eg. old walkman), then mute the line-in playing source and enable the line-in recording source. Start the program and choose line-in for input.

Audio Graph ActiveX is an ActiveX (OCX) component for software developers. With this ActiveX component you can display a meter, detect a silence, and display 2 types of audio graphs by the WaveIn/WaveOut buffers. Just send a pointer of the buffers array to the component then operate the Display function, the component will do the rest on the graph view.
