Directory Hog is a small, free utility for Windows which will scan a drive of your choice and list the total size of each folder in a list. The list also shows the largest file size found in the folder as well as the number of files found in the folder. You can sort the columns in this list. When you want to view the contents of any folder, you only need to double-click its corresponding list entry.

Other options are: ability to print the list to a selected printer and the maximum folder size to ignore when scanning. By default, DirHog will ignore all folders less than 10MB. You can change this option by clicking on the Options button.

clDuw is based on a utility I've used for a long time, DUW by Markus Seger. I created clDuw because DUW and other similar utilities only report the total size of files in a directory, not the amount of disk space used in a directory.

Folder Utility can be used to maintain backup copies of folders on a second drive or a network drive. You can maintain matching copies or copies that append from the source to the backup (target) directory. The append copy only deletes files in the backup directory that are replaced by newer files from the source directory. Folder Utility can be used to rename all the files in a folder. Add a number to mp3 files so they play in ripped order instead of normal alphabetical order. Add the picture taken date to jpg (picture) files so they can be sorted easily by day. Convert all files in a folder to upper or lower case.
