KC's Wallpaper apps are extremely easy to use. You just click the icon that looks like four squares in the bottom left to get to the gallery, tap on whichever wallpaper you want to use, and then tap "Set wallpaper"! Doesn't get any more user friendly than that my friendly users :)

Update - the wall papers do not display in full screen properly on certain devices, if your phone falls under this category please get your refund, I recommend downloading the free version first to ensure they display the right way on your device.
