Replace Color in Image is a simple application that you can use to replace a color in a picture of your choice.

Open the image you want to process, then click on the color you want to replace. Its HEX code will be automatically detected. Then, choose the new color and press the 'Scan Replace' button. You will be able to preview the output image before saving it.
