DIFFUSION_DISTANCE calculate the diffusion distance between matrices dist = diffusion_distance(im1, im2, [sig, dim], threshold, pad_type]) [dist, iter] = diffusion_distance(im1, im2) compute the diffusion distance between im1 and im2 (histograms). Optionally returns the number of iterations. This number will be limited by the size of the histograms, and the threshold value, which can be set manually, or will take the value 1e-4. The padding method used by the filtering stages can be set using the 4th argument, and defaults to circular. For available options, see help imfilter. multiFind serves a similar purpose as find but when looking for multiple elements in an array of numbers. It returns two arrays of numbers. Each row of the two arrays contains the pair of indexes in which the numbers were found in the two arrays Input: array: the array in which you want to find some numbers nums: the numbers you are looking for inside the array varargin: type: type refers to the type of the output. If it gets the value 'index', it returns just the pairs of indexes of the numbers in the two arrays 'array' and nums respectively. If it gets the value 'bin', it returns two binary arrays, with 1's where the elements were found in the two arrays.

- Display the fusion of two images

This is a simple but efficient tool (GUI) for the visualization of 2 superposed images (2D) from the workspace . You can change the display value of each image with a slider, and you have few visualization modes (red fusion, white/gray fusion, addition of the two images multiplied by their display value, addition of one image to the other). Moreover, you can add data points (cross) on the image fusion. You can simply call the GUI with a function and load images from it or you can load images directly while opening the GUI: commands: >>DispFusion >>DispFusion(Im1) >>DispFusion(Im1,Im2).
