libtld, or the TLD library was built in order to help you extract the TLD from a URI.

This allows you to extract the exact domain name, sub-domains, and all the TLD (top level, second level, third level, etc.).

libtld offers one function: tld(), which gives you a way to extract the TLD from any URI. The result is the offset where the TLD starts. This gives you enough information to extract everything else you need.

The program is very easily configured by means of weight koeff. by that who uses it. The program extract four letters (LLLL.tld) domain names from textbox, text file or fetch its from URL. Then the program estimates domains depending on four factors: domain extension, combinations of Consonants and Vovels (VCVC, CVCV, ...), presence of premium letters (Full premium, Triple premium,...)and presence of quantity of identical letters in the domain (PPPP, SSSA, BUUB, LKLL, GGHJ, ...) according to weight factors of these factors.
