Feature Summary

Main View

The primary view is that of a list of records, one per line, Similar to a Spreadsheet view. The list can be scrolled both horizontally and vertically if there are more records / fields than will fit on the screen. A cursor bar indicates the current record.

Record View
Allows viewing and editing of an existing or new record. Data is viewed in a scrolling list, one field per line.

FDR (Find Duplicate Records) allows you to quickly and easily find duplicate records in your data. Simply paste your records into FDR or import them from a .txt or .csv file. FDR then processes your data, tells you how many duplicate records exist and the quantity of each. FDR also shows how may unique records exist. FDR then allows you you to paste the duplicate into another application or export them to a file.

FDR requires no technical knowledge and guides you through a two step process to find your duplicate records.

The Standard version of FDR allows you to find the duplicate records in data sets of any size.

TrackWise mobile provides key functionality to enable the following activities:
- Create new records
- Perform workflow activities (review and approve records)
- Peruse groups of records
- Update records
The benefits of TrackWise Mobile include:
- Flexibility – Users can access TrackWise at their convenience.
- Efficiency – Mobile access to TrackWise means urgent records can be acted on immediately. New records can be created using the required fields filter to see only those fields required to open the record.
- Accuracy – Information can be entered directly into TrackWise, not transcribed from notepads.
