The LTE Uplink Receiver PHY benchmark is a realistic implementation of the baseband processing for an LTE mobile base station. The benchmark implements the processing required by the base station in an uplink.
For more information either download the benchmark and read the included documentation or read the ISPASS 2012 publication "An LTE Uplink Receiver PHY Benchmark and Subframe-Based Power Management" that can be downloaded from http://www.sjalander.com/research/pdf/sjalander-ispass2012.pdf..

This is an alpha model of a polling based PROFIBUS MAC over a 802.11b PHY layer. A central base station is polling the network members in cyclic order. The PHY layer ist modeled as detailed as possible, including the PLCP and PMD sublayer, the service primitives, the state machines. For connecting the PHY and the MAC layer just the primitives of the 802.11b PHY are used. At the moment in the 802.11 PHY just the 1MBit/s speed is modeled, for all the other modes i need help, especiall with switching the datarate at runtime. I also need help with the receiver, i didn't find a a good way for recover the synchronisation after despreading.

Simulink model of 802.11b wireless LAN physical layer (baseband), supporting 1Mbps, 2Mbps, 5.5Mbps, and 11Mbps modes. Model includes framing, long and short preamble, DBPSK and DQPSK modulation, Barker code spreading, Complementary Code Keying (CCK), root raised-cosine pulse shaping, channel number selection (frequency shift) and an AWGN channel. NOTE: A version of this model which works with the current release of MATLAB and Simulink is shipped with the Communications Blockset. The model makes extensive use of configurable subsystems, swapping in and out required components for chosen parameters.

- WifiInfoView
- License: Shareware

WifiInfoView scans the wireless networks in your area and displays extensive information about them, including: Network Name (SSID), MAC Address, PHY Type (802.11g or 802.11n), RSSI, Signal Quality, Frequency, Channel Number, Maximum Speed, Company Name, Router Model and Router Name (Only for routers that provides this information), and more...
When you select a wireless network in the upper pane of this tool, the lower pane displays the Wi-Fi information elements received from this device, in hexadecimal format.
WifiInfoView also has a summary mode, which displays a summary of all detected wireless networks, grouped by channel number, company that manufactured the router, PHY type, or the maximum speed.

With applications like voice, video, patient monitoring and retail transactions moving to WiFi, it's never been more important to see exactly what mobile users will experience. Or more challenging. The ultimate solution for assessing and ensuring your network's readiness for mobility, WaveDeploy provides the data needed for AP placement, network configuration, verifying vendor claims, certifying devices and assessing end-user Quality of Experience (QoE) - all with a single sweep through the site. WaveDeploy brings two powerful components of the VeriWave solution used by leading WLAN developers onsite for the first time: 1) Measuring the wireless experience from the user or 'client' perspective, 2) Recreating your live network to see how new devices and applications will perform before you deploy, and as you add more users and...
