The main goal of this program is to convert the fragments of intelligence in an Internet filename into a pseudo title filename with spaces, capitalization and so on. In doing so there are some general rules like replace, copy, cut, paste, delete and insert with fairly flexible position parameters. They could be used to rename files for another purpose. Even capitalize, uppercase and lowercase could be useful to rename files for another purpose. "Match the case of" can lowercase specific title words or standardize nouns such as HQ, DVD, HDTV and so on.
