- UCWare IconTools

If you need to read a Windows ICO file from Java, UCWare IconTools for the Java platform may come in handy.
UCWare IconTools lets you read an icon into memory with just one line of code:
Icon[] icons = IconTools.readIcons(new File("C:\my.ico"));
As the result, you get an array of objects that implement the javax.swing.Icon interface. javax.swing.Icon allows for using icons throughout Swing (for instance, you can set icons on JButtons), and also in Java2D for obtaining BufferedImages, and so on.
UCWare IconTools supports multi-resolution icons with varying color depths, and also supports alpha channel transparency.

JCONTROL provides an easy way to integrate a full range of java GUIs from the java.awt and javax.swing libraries into MATLAB. Example: obj=JCONTROL(Parent, Style); obj=JCONTROL(Parent, Style,... PropertyName1, PropertyValue1,... PropertyName2, ProeprtyValue2....); Inputs: Parent: the handle of a MATLAB figure/uipanel or other container for the resulting component Style: string describing a java component e.g. 'javax.swing.JPanel', 'javax.swing.JButton' A JCONTROL object aggregates the MATLAB handle graphics container and the Java component (as returned by MATLAB's JAVACOMPONENT function) into a single object.

SimpleHelpSystem is a simple api I use to add html - help to some applications. This is a very simple thing that parses a directory, zip or jar-file for some html - files and transforms the directory structure into a tree structure. Looks like this:
The html-page element is parsed and shown as a tree entry. If no title tag is present, the filename is shown. An index.html or index.htm file (if any) is used as entry for the directory entry. The other files are shown in alphabetical order.
The api's main entry point is the
