No commercially available software provides such a simple way to assign a name to a photograph as the Foto Filer approach does. And Foto Filer does not utilize a proprietary software database allowing the user to share a renamed photo with someone on another computer. When a photo is downloaded from the camera to the PC, the name assigned to the photo by the camera (manufacturer) is the same name assigned the photo when stored on the PC.
