FileCompare compares two files and tells you if they are identical or different. If you are in Windows Explorer just select the file and right click and use the "Send To" and then select "File Compare" to send the file to FileCompare. It compares the files and pops up the information screen. It does this without leaving Windows Explorer. It also shows you all the information about each file. When the first file is selected the program sounds a beep and briefly flashes onscreen but does not appear. This is to let you know the first file was loaded.
