Tile Time for Windows 8 is a practical tool that enables you to view the current time even when you are using the Start Screen. It is designed to display the current time in a customizable tile that can be positioned anywhere on the Start Screen.

You can change the clock layout and the colors that will be used in order to match your Start Screen style.

Tile Master app allows you to create 14 tile types (some of them have subtypes and all of them allow creation of multiple tiles of the same type). They are all beautifully designed and you can customize them as you like.
