PingChecker is a tool I wrote to help myself with pinging multiple hostnames or IP addresses for the purpose of determining patterns. It takes targets from the user, stores them in a file, then pings those targets, exports the results to a text file and displays it to the user so they can save it somewhere else. There's a lot that can be done with this script(The version I actually made at work is different than this one), so I encourage you to open it up and edit it to suit your needs.

Note: I need somebody to test this on a Mac.

When I was messing around with Microsoft Server update services (WSUS), I missed a tool
to see what the program was doing, just like the linux program "Tail". You can view the logfile (WindowsUpdate.log) to see what WSUS is doing, but you have to reload the logfile in an ordinary editor and scroll to the bottom, again and again. So I wrote a little vb6 program which does that for me, just like the linux command "tail" does.

The program tail-live reads the last 2048 bytes from a log file of your choice and displays the last line first.
