I was not able to get the peaks from my experimentally obtained data because of its random nature. As a result the findpeaks() defined in Matlab library was not giving results as expected. Hence I made a code which will help findpeaks() help detect the peaks more accurately. It basically averages out the randomness by doing a moving average. Then if we use findpeaks(), it won't give erroneous results. This is the basic operation Data->LPF->findpeaks()->Better results!!(if you are using it for experimental data) Type "help findpeak.
