GPAC is an Open Source multimedia framework for research and academic purposes. The MOEA Framework was developed as an Open Source and accessible Java framework for developing and experimenting with multiobjective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs).

You can also use it with other general-purpose multiobjective optimization algorithms.
