Win Wap is a freeware smart phone emulator, with the intended purpose of being installed on a desktop, to emulate “smart phone” browsers on a desktop computer, and allow you to see what your website (or indeed, any website or web page) will look like on a mobile browser. The one key down side is that this software is very old, dating to 2005, so Win Wap's definition of smart phone is very different to today’s, however the software does work great for emulating the browsers found on many common phones, which are not considered “smart” by today’s definitions.
