Ingredients include potassium, calcium, calories, and cholesterol, protein and total fats.

You can scroll through categories, select a particular category to view detailed food items into that category and finally select a particular food item to view ingredients listed above and optionally select a calculator to easily identify statistics for multiple items intake.
