Wie oft hat man schon "Hallo Herr..." geschrieben und dann noch ein paar Sätze hinzugefügt, die eigentlich auch immer die Gleichen waren. Warum also jedes Mal die Mühe? Das hat sich auch ITSTH gefragt und den ReplyButler entwickelt. Ein Zusatzprogramm für Microsoft Outlook was einem viel lästige Tipparbeit erspart. Schon beim ersten Klick auf die Outlook-Schaltfläche "Antworten" wird klar wie angenehm das sein kann. ReplyButler erkennt automatisch Name, Sprache und Stil der E-Mail und bereitet eine entsprechende Antwort vor. Bemerkenswert ist dabei, dass das Programm zuverlässig den Namen des E-Mail Absenders erkennt und diese Person korrekt mit dem ihrem Namen anschreibt. (Je nach Situation mit Vor- oder Nachname und natürlich mit einer Gru�formel.) Das zweite Feature ist vor allem für Leute nützlich, die Outlook im Büro nutzen. Gerade hier ergeben sich immer wieder ähnliche Situationen, die ähnliche E-Mails erfordern. (z.B. "Gerne senden wir Ihnen...") Auch diese Texte kann man mit ReplyButler direkt in Outlook verwalten, was es sehr einfach macht, die angelegten Textbausteine anzulegen und später zu verwenden.
