quikCharts is a small and powerful statistical analysis system created for the quality system novice. This application provides simple control charting solutions with only a minimum of effort and/or knowledge. Using Western Electric Zone tests, process state information is provided to help improve your process.
Features:
Approx. 9000 values (per characteristic) can be saved.
Characteristics can be edited at any time.
Data values can be added, removed, or edited at any time.
Historical control limits can be used.
Control limits are saved until a recalculation is requested.
Limits can be recalculated based on a range of data.
No application software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, etc), is required.
Data values that exceed flier limits (reasonable limits) can be automatically deleted to prevent skewing data.
Sub groups of up to 20 are supported.
Western Electric Zone methods of detecting statistical control utilized
A software LED indicates the state of statistical control.
The sensitivity of statistical control can be adjusted (rules 1 and 4, 2 , and 3).
Color coded process state (ideal, threshold, brink, chaos)
Lack of control detection rules displayed if violated
Graphs can be enlarged (zoomed in) for easier viewing.
Graphs can be printed.
