The jrSpeedometer component has following parameters in the component inspector: meterMax: the maximum speed on the dashboard; meterColor: the general widget color; effectColor: the effect color for the hand, progress bar and text; boardColor: the background color in the meter; testsMax: amount of tests to perform, the more tests, the higher the accuracy will be of the average speed.
