This is a PHP/MySQL-based tool to build your own knowledge base for messages and notes for your site. It was developed on Windows 95 and runs also on Windows NT 4.0. It requires MySQL version 3.23 (or 3.22 on UNIX/LINUX) or later and PHP version 4..

The Knowledge Base source Editor is designed as an accessible tool that aims to help creating and editing snippets of knowledge bases of intelligent systems.

The design is based on the OSTIS technology. The principle of visualization of data stored in the knowledge base that makes it much easier for the editing process and accelerates the process of knowledge bases.

Built with simplicity in mind the knowledge base manager comes with an admin backend where all submitted questions and answers are categorised. Each question/answer is monitored which will help aid you in finding out which areas are in need of clarity, for example if a question related to logging has alot of interest, you know instantly that this section on your site is either not working correctly and or is lacking info regarding logging in. The front end comes with a search feature to aid users ease of use for locating info.
