Use this simple weight watchers points calculator to calculate your points for your weight watchers program. It can be stored on your local PC or laptop. It follows the rules of the weight watchers program and calculates your points based on your imput of the calories, total fat grams and dietary fibre. Each item of food has certain points allocated to it based on its nutritional value. More fat increases the points and more fibre reduces the points value. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, funded by Weight Watchers, found people who followed the Weight watchers Points program for two years lost an average of six pounds.

This is a simple application which does exactly what it says on the tin. It will quickly calculate the number of Weight Watchers PointsPlus Points (US Version, Starting Nov 2010) in non Weight Watcher foods.

This is a simple tool which can help you follow a points based diet, such as Slimming World Syns or Weight Watchers Points.
