Step 2: Click start and measure arm of Goniometer appears and will be sensitive to movement
Step 3: Place the Goniometer on the surface of tibia again with "measure against this edge touching the surface.

Wave height is the actual (or approximate) dimension of the vertical distance a strip of material stands off a horizontal surface while the strip of material is not under tension.
