Usage:

Give a timer a name (such as the name of a client) or select an existing name from the drop down and then start the timer.

App allows tracking of your activities via GPS. Track run against target data. Displays graphs of activity and map of route travelled. Backup data and restore from SkyDrive.
Allows calculation of splits at key distances based on Pace/Distance/Time. Has the ability to un-even splits over race (ie calculate for running a negative split race). The splits allow you to plan a run and measure yourself against your targets.
App allows Base Metabolic Rate calculations based on Miffin et al and the Revised Harris Benedict calculations.
