EzWeb Compiler is a product for creating Web files. A Web file contains many HTML/ASP/graphic files and folders. It is literally a file system within a file. It can hold any kind of file, but we use it to contain HTML and graphic files (also ASP files for use with our HSP product - see below). Think of EzWeb Compiler as "WinZip for Webpages". EzWeb Compiler files are read by our HSP "pluggable protocol", which is a kind of Internet Explorer plug-in for retrieving web content. Using EzWeb Compiler files and pluggable protocols together is what HSP and EzWeb Compiler is all about.

SQLite++ is a cross-platform C++ wrapper library for SQLite. It is designed to make using the SQLite C library easy without sacrificing performance. SQLite++ also supports BLOBS, TwoFish encryption and ZLib compression*.

SQLite++ consists of 4 main classes and a few utility methods for encoding/decoding, encrypting/decrypting and compressing/decompressing data. These classes make it super-easy to begin using SQLite immediately without having to write lots of infrastructure code as you would otherwise need to do.

Most Windows programs use the Windows Registry to store configuration data. Did you know that starting with Windows Vista, your application can no longer write to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Registry key in the same way as all previous Windows versions? Now entries are "virtualized" into each user's own private copy, instead of one single entry for all users, thus making it the same as HKEY_CURRENT_USER. This is a huge issue, as it will break many hundreds of thousands of existing programs that write data under this key.

The EditListView is built on the Microsoft ListView Common Control. Written with ATL/C++, it extends the Windows ListView capabilities to allow column editing, to control font styles and color, and background color on a per row, column or cell basis and more.
Columns have "types", such as Text, Date, Time, Spin, Boolean, Numeric, and Hyperlink so when editing, the appropriate Windows Common Control will be used. For example, if the column type is Date the DateTime Picker control will be created in the cell being edited.

The HotLink ActiveX control allows you to have WebBrowser-like hyperlinks in your Windows programs. You can set an Internet URL or Email address which will open a WebBrowser window or Email message when you click on the link, just as with a browser hyperlink. Alternatively, you can have links that don't open a browser or email message, but just fire an event back in your code (either way, an event is always fired in your code).

But HotLink is much more than just a hyperlink control. You can actually set any HTML into the control and it will be displayed, allowing you to mix hyperlinks with text and graphics in any style that HTML alllows.

The EzComm COM DLL makes it easy to connect two computers and begin sending messages or files between them. The messages can be anything - text or binary data, and the computers can be on the same network or across the Internet anywhere in the world.
