Pass the name of the directory which contains the dicom files to the dicomreaddir function to get an ordered list of dicom files. Please see the dicomreaddir_demo for a sample usage. In the main code: dicomreaddir, one can uncomment the line for allowing to use the gui box to select the directory and also can uncomment the line if one wants to use only those files starting with some characters in the directory. Maybe i should make it more flexible to allow more string matchng options for choosing files or automatically selecting only valid dicom files.

DICOM_Compare is a Windows tool that allows you to compare the content of DICOM images.

You can use it to compare the content of an image with the standard DICOM definition for the same modality. Just drop a DICOM image on the program and it will show you all the tags in the DICOM definition of that modality with the tags used in the image in a different color.

Or, you can use it to compare two images together. Just drop 2 DICOM images on the program and it will display the content of both images side by side using colors to show tags that are identical and tags that are different.
