The ZETDBC name stands for ZET DBase Convertor. ZETDBC was designed to be a small utility that allows you to convert nativity data between the following file formats:

The facility to convert directly to Solar Fire format is not present. Instead, to convert a database from ZET format to Solar Fire format, you can first convert it to JigSaw format, and then use Solar Fire itself to import the JigSaw file.
