i want to create an application in both windows and linux based operating system which does TEXT TO SPEECH conversion and later UPGRADE IT TO SUPPORT SPEECH TO TEXT AND ONE LANGUGE(SPEECH AND/OR TEXT) TO ANOTHER LAGUAGE(SPEECH AND/OR TEXT).
