DBF2CSV is a free utility to convert .DBF (dBase/xBase) database files to .CSV text format (comma-separated values). Full source code is included. Written in Perl. DBF2CSV.ZIP includes three tiny Perl v4 interpreters in case you don't already have Perl installed. Runs under any version of Windows, as well as DOS, OS/2, and probably Linux and any other OS that supports Perl version 4 or 5.
