It fallows all the rules laid out in the Dungeon Master's Guide 3.5 and Draconomicon both published by Wizards of the Coast. The art object generation uses the rules in the Draconomicon and the pricing for them using the rules in the Dungeon Master's Guide. There is also the option for replacing items and coins with randomly generated mundane luxury items and trade good. The program also has a dice rolling dialog box.
