TrulyMail is a free email client which includes its own encrypted private messaging network. It does what it says and it does a lot. If you use it for email, you will like that it has built in support for encryption and it has a lot of features not found in other email packages. The portable version can be run completely from a USB stick so you can carry your messages with you wherever you go. There are a few things missing like spell as you type and labels being applied to messages. Since they come out with new versions every month or two I would expect them to include these features soon (hint, hint). TrulyMail is a secure messaging system which includes email, VoiceMail, built-in encryption (no extras required), and advanced message management features including contact tagging, message tagging, and picture resizing.
TrulyMail also includes sophisticated ways to track which messages were received by the recipients and which were not.
TrulyMail Lite is just like TrulyMail but it is smaller and has fewer features (no email or RSS support, no voice messaging, no reading your messages to you, etc.)
Once you try it, you will surely realize that TrulyMail Lite is considerably better than regular email.
NOTE: Developers offer some premium services to make TrulyMail even better.

TrulyMail Lite Portable is designed to be installed on removable media (USB drive, flash card, etc.), but can also be installed on your computer's hard drive, and is only usable by one person (unlike TrulyMail Standard). It is portable because you can easily move it from one computer to another. No more leaving your messages on someone's server wating for a hacker to attack your email provider. TrulyMail always makes you safer.
Note: Your messages are only encrypted in transit - they are not encrypted when stored on your computer or removable media. If you want to store your local information (data from TrulyMail and other applications) in a secure way, we recommend you consider a standalone data encryption application like TrueCrypt or BestCrypt (these tools allow you to encrypt part of your hard drive so nobody but you can...
