- Price: 15.00

The window that appeasr as Find Shortcuts starts is similar to the Find Files window that comes with Windows 98. Most of the elements (menus, buttons, etc.) should be familiar.
Shortcuts always have a 'target' which will be invoked. Depending on the target, the shortcut may open a folder, run a program, open a document, play a music file, open a web page, and so forth. When 'Test' is selected (from the Edit menu, clicking the Test button, or by pressing F7), Find Shortcuts checks the target of each shortcut to see if it is valid. Since shortcuts can have a variety of targets, testing can involve various actions, but in most cases Find Shortcuts simply checks to see if the target exists on your system.
During testing, a progress bar appears in the second portion of the status bar. If any shortcuts fail the test, that part...

- m3uEdit1
- License: Freeware
- Price: 0.00

m3uEdit is a VERY simple m3u playlist creator/editor. You can drag-n-drop ANY type of files from Windows Explorer and they will be added to the end of the playlist. It accepts any filetype so that playlists for any media type can be made. For instance, Windows Media Player can play various videos, WMA, and MP3 files from a single m3u playlist.
You can drag the filenames around to get them in the order you want. You can delete items from the list. You can even edit an item by clicking it a second time (not sure why you'd want to). Then save the file. That's it.
Only one option: Include (or not) m3uEdit in the context menus of m3u files. This means you can right-click any m3u file and pick m3uEdit to start editing that file.

Text Ticker is a little program which scrolls the contents of a text file at the top or bottom of the screen. The text appears in a so-called 'appbar' which is similar the the Windows Taskbar. All settings- font, color, text file, etc.- are saved between sessions.
Any text file- in fact, any file at all- can be dropped on the ticker and the program will begin to scroll that file's contents. A file can also be browsed for and loaded by selecting Load File on the menu. Text Ticker can also be started with a specific file by dropping the file on the Text Ticker application icon, or by setting up shortcuts with the filename as the only parameter.
Left-clicking the tray icon alternately shows and hides the ticker.
Multiple tickers can be run, each with its own file, speed, colors, etc. Each one acts independently....
