Like all great battle strategies, there will be an element of luck involved in you eventually gaining victory but your skill at assessing the state of the battle would still be the central element in the eventual outcome. Picking your targets and following the strategy used by the computer in trying to sink your fleet are vital skills required to win at this game. The actual algorithms used to generate the thinking of the computer's fleet are based on line so you will have to be connected to the Internet to be able to play this game.
