It is a powerfull magnifier, that can magnify the contents of the desktop from 1 to 100 times. The "hot" point of the interest can be either the cursor position or can be manually set. The control provides the ability to the user, to Freeze the view area for most accurate view.
It can draw a grid and has two built-in rulers(bars) with two markers on each for calculating sizes and distance.
