It is very small and unobtrusive residing in your system tray. If your Internet connection is bad the tray icon will change it's color. At any time you can point your mouse to the tray icon and see your current IP address.When maximized it provides more detailed information about the status of your Internet connection: the three LED indicators are lighting to show if you are connected to Internet by modem, by LAN with the Internet IP address or by LAN with the intranet IP address. Pingo is a software to monitor your network connection quality. Pingo is an application to monitor your network connection quality. It does this by pinging user-defined hosts with desired interval. All status changes are written to logfiles which are plain text. Later on I will provide an analyzer or you can build it by yourself quite easily.If you're struggling with lots of downtime of your ADSL/cable-modem etc. connection, this is a software worth running to get proofment of the "quality" of your connection.
