The box2d-editor lets you import your game assets and easily define collision outlines for these assets. This outline is automatically transformed into multiple convex polygons to fit the box2d engine requirements. Then, a FixtureAtlas can be used to load the collision data from the saved files into your games.
Features:
Built-in collision tester! Throw balls at your body to test it!
Supports multiple outlines for a single body!
Two different polygonization algorithms: BAYAZIT and EWJORDAN
Visual grid with snap-to-grid option
Many options to fine-tune your bodies
Help messages everywhere!
Simple output format, to let you create your own loader (see FixtureAtlas)
Exports as binary, XML, or JSON!

TweenStudio is a library that enables you to create animations and motions (aka "Tweens") with a visual editor. It is currently in an alpha phase. You won't find a lot of information here, so I strongly encourage you to go look at the provided example. Play with the test executable, and look at its code ;)
Just click on your game render to update the target values of a motion, you don't need to use the spinners, that's the strength of the tool. Next revision will go a lot deeper in direct render interactions!

Universal Tween Engine enables the interpolation of every attribute from any object in any Java project (being Swing, SWT, OpenGL or even Console-based).
With its assistance, you can implement the TweenAccessor interface, register it to the engine, and animate anything you want!
FEATURES:
Supports every interpolation function defined by Robert Penner: homepage
Can be used with any object. You just have to implement the TweenAccessor interface when you want interpolation capacities.
Every attribute can be interpolated. The only requirement is that what you want to interpolate can be represented as a float number.
One line is sufficient to create and start a simple interpolation.
Delays can be specified, to trigger the interpolation only after some time.
Many callbacks...
