The main operation which this program allows to execute is placement of the beforehand prepared tools. It can be used for making the metafiles (WMF, EMF). Editor allows to prepare, standardize, catalogue and then with comfort to use greater amount of the custom graphic elements. Custom tools have size from 1 mm and more and placed on the toolbars.
